Residential Mortgage Loan Originators and Mortgage Bankers under Texas Finance Code Chapter 157, Mortgage Banker Registration and Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License Act;
Residential Mortgage Loan Servicers Under Texas Finance Code Chapter 158, Residential Mortgage Loan Servicer Registration Act;

Please note that the Department maintains the Recovery Fund to assist consumers who have been financially harmed by a licensed individual referenced above.
