If you recently received a letter from your mortgage company or your loan servicer, informing you that you may contact our department should you have a complaint the letter was not intended to tell you that there is any specific problem with your loan.

If you have a problem with your mortgage company or your loan servicer in relation to your payments, you have the legal right to file a complaint against your mortgage company or loan servicer with our department.
