All new applications, renewals and changes for residential mortgage servicing companies must be submitted online through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). If your company is a third-party debt collector that has filed a surety bond in compliance with Chapter 392 of the Texas Finance Code, please complete the following documents and send them to the Licensing Division.
