Effective November 16, 2025, the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending adopts amendments to 7 Texas Administrative Code Section 55.110, concerning Licensing of Military Service Members, Military Veterans, and Military Spouses.
On and after November 16, 2025, the adopted rule will be reflected on the Secretario de Estado de Texas website. Interested persons may also consult the adopted rules notice published in the Texas Register on November 7, 2025.
