The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending, and the Texas Department of Banking will conduct a public hearing to receive public comment on their proposed budgets for fiscal year 2024. The hearing will be on August 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the State Finance Commission Building, 2601 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas, in the William F. Aldridge Hearing Room (Third Floor). The agencies will present their proposed budgets for fiscal year 2024 and invite public comment. Copies of the proposed budgets will be published on the agencies’ websites at www.occc.texas.gov, www.sml.texas.gov y www.dob.texas.gov, on August 1, 2023.
