Please note:

• Information made available in the downloads is derived from the NMLS and is self-reported to TX-SML by the licensed company or individual.
• Information is typically current up to the previous business day. For a more complete record of a licensee, please view the record in NMLS Consumer Access.
• Similar to NMLS Consumer Access, only those licensees with a reportable license status appear in the downloads.
• The downloads do not include entities whose applications have not yet been approved by our department.
• Licenses have a uniform expiration date of December 31.
